I will advise you to apply for HFE on or after your birthday to have an idea how much are you eligible before we proceed with house hunting.

Do submit all your payslips and income statement so you can obtain a loan based on 2 jobs.

If your income is up to $7k, you will be eligible up to $40k CPF housing grant for resale 4rm flat purchase and additional $10k proximity housing grant if you decide to stay near parents' house (within same HDB estate or within 4km). Proximity housing grant doesnt have any income restriction.

Not eligible for enhanced housing grant tho as your income exceeds $4.5k unless HDB calculate your income differently.

Once your HFE is raedy, we can work out your finances before we proceed with housing hunting. FYI I just assisted a single in his 4RM flat purchase in choa chu kang recently. Hope I can offer you my expertise in your dream home search as well.
