It is difficult to assess the price as it depends on location, unit facing, condition of unit, any good school or amenity nearby.

There are various blocks in Toh Guan that command much higher price than others. It would be much easier to give you a more precise figures with the block num.
However, a simple indication will be in the region of min $340k to as high as near to $400k. Subject to the facing , level, renovation and also location of the block, the price may still differ by quite significant.
I believe by asking the price , you are still in the initial stage of planning your resale of your home, i would also advise you to also plan for your purchase together with the sale of your flat if you intend to, so that the coordination of moving out and renovation period can be compromise more easily.
