To sum it up, for resale flats, you are eligible to purchase all types of resale flats but if you are intending to apply for housing grants, then the biggest unit type you can purchase will be 5 room flat.
For BTO, you may apply for 2 room HDB type in non-mature estates, however, from 2H2024 onwards, you will be eligible to apply for 2 room HDB type for all locations.
Your income will determine how much you can afford on top of your CPF funds, and existing cash on hand. Do you expect your monthly salary to increase significantly by the time you apply for HFE?
