i'm single coming to 35yo this Dec earning more than 6K. Currently staying at my mum's TPY flat. Interested in purchasing TPY hdb resale flat either 3 or 4 room next year with a cap of 500K.
Looking through the hdb website I understand I am not eligible for any hdb loan or grant. Regarding the proximity grant, is it only applicable to married couple?
Most of the flats in TPY are less than 60Y lease which means the bank loan limit will be around 60% of resale price. With the 500K cap, can you advise what will be the upfront cash/cpf required?
