I'm SC recently married with a non SC and we intend to buy a resale hdb near my parent's house. Can I buy a house under Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme (NCS) and get Half-Housing Grant/ Top-Up Grant and Proximity Housing Grant or is it better to wait until my husband gets his PR status to be eligible for more grants.

Hi,

Grants are only applicable for SC, hence it does not matter whether your spouse gets SPR or not. May I understand your requirements further so to assist? Thanks and hope to discuss further.
