Yes for SPRs with hdb, they need to sell away their hdb within 6 months after buying condo. Yes based on current policies, thereafter you can also sell your condo and buy resale hdb again, subject to all hdb criteria met for PRs.

Under HDB regulations, PRs have to dispose of their HDB within 6 months of purchasing a Private Property.
As such, you have 2 options now:
1) Purchase a Private Property and sell off HDB within 6 months
2) Sell your HDB first and then purchase a Private Property
