I'm looking to buy 4A hdb with budget of max 370k(near JE/Batok mrt). As market is gloomy recently, so I do not know should if I should wait a few more months first. How much will the hdb price drop ? Or maybe should I buy condo instead.

Buying a HDB or Condo depend on your budget range and the location that you are looking at (near MRT?). And the amount of cash that you are prepared to come out with.
