Hi D9/10/ 11 detached buyer,
I will say the choices will be very limited. Even if there's, houses will be strata titled which means cluster housing which I am not sure whether you are okay with that.
Have you think of other districts other than D9/ 10/ 11?
Or possible to adjust your budget higher?
