I'm looking for a 3 bedroom condo for own stay, it shall near MRT ( up to 10 mins walk or shuttle), ideally some good adjacent schools as I have two young boys with 2 years away to Primary school.
1) estimated budget of below 800K. Considering my combined gross income is 12K, savings 100K, still has 80K+ bank loan for the current HDB apartment served by CPF OA, intend to lease out once purchased condo.
I'm wondering if the budget is reasonable or a stretch from your perspective. 2) If the budget is ok, what projects do you recommend (old and new ones TOP soon) as I'm looking to complete purchase by mid to end of next year? I live in the west, thinking of moving to the east or center.

Hi XY,

Good choice to get a condo and lease out for HDB. Currently I have 2 units avaible.
The Acacias... 2+1 BRms...and Castle Green..2 BRs.

The Acacias (FH) will TOP end March 2009,... Castle Green (LH) available immediate. CG is selling with fully furnishing.... relatively new.... and renovated only 1 yr ago. CG is only 10 mins walk to YCH MRT...and is beside good school.. Anderson Pri. School

Both properties at in the centre of Singapore, very convenient.
