I'm looking for 2 studio (570sf ones) at City Square Residences and have a budget of no more than $1.7m for both. Ideal to have them side by side or on same floor. Anyone have such lobang?

Evening Neo,

Studio unit in City Square Residence are going at around $920k to $1 mil. Hence with budget of $1.7 mil to get 2 units would be quite a challenge.
