Single SPRs are eligible to purchase resale EC. You will also be eligible to utilize CPF for the purchase. ABSD will also be payable.

Yes, you may join purchase resale EC for at least 5 years old EC. It will be treated like a private condo. I would suggest you to work out a financial plan. Please drop me an email for me to assist you to compute the estimated bank loan amount.

Morning,

Yes, you may purchase resale EC that is at least 5 years old. Max loan would be 80%, 15% can be pay by cpf or cash, while the other 5% need to be pay by cash. Do note there is 5% ABSD involved.

Resale EC is effectively private condo, and 2 SPRs that are not married can jointly purchase such units.
