Im keen in looking at developer sales unit especially for yew tee residences,dakota residences,waterbank or condo at walking distance to mrt+amenities(excl geylang).room:1+1,budget:400k+-500k+.pls let me know if u have this that match my requirements.thks

I have last unit direct from developer's sale for Waterbank @ Dakota..but its 2bedroom unit,1087 sq ft with patio..Alternatively,i have few other project direct from developer's sale that is 1/1+1 bedrooms within your budget.1)Parc Elegance @ Telok kurau road,studio from 398-474 sq ft..price from $513k..TOP 2012..2)The Cotz @ Telok kurau Rd,studio from 398-409sq ft,price from $482k.TOP 2012.both are freehold and in D15..walking distance to MRT,near amenities & good school..
