You can spend $5.25 to purchase the ownership document from SLA (https://www.inlis.gov.sg/LINNS/LINNS-LOIS.aspx?strService=LINNS&strProduct=LOIS) for each unit to find out the area of the property.
Alternatively, may use the various tools available to search for the caveat lodged if there is any, as they usually contain information about the size of the property sold.
