Unless you have substantial cash, if not I am afraid you wont be able to afford an unit there.

If you are SC, 35 and above, you should be able to qualify for a 15k singles grant. All these add up to abt 260k, and 3-rm around Jurong East is 300-350k. You could be looking at about 50k cash top up, is that something you are planning with? Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further.
