I'm in a dilemma to buy one of the two listed properties below. I have an affordability to buy one of the two properties. Both the units are 6 years old and look good inside. Cost difference between the 2 units is 60K. Please suggest which one is a better option considering resale prospects.
Key reasons for the dilemma
1) Unit at the 7th floor near Boon Keng/Bendemeer MRT is at low level and I'm concerned if it would impact the chances of resale in future. Unit size is 1000 Sq Ft. However this doesn't have a COV and sounds like a value for money option.
2) Unit at the 15th floor near Kallang MRT is at high level but the COV is around 30K for the unit. Unit size is 1021 Sq Ft. Due to high floor, sounds like this unit would offer better resale prospects.
