1) Your property agent should be able to advise on the financial part.
2) Do make sure the agent can clearly explain everything that you are concerned about before you sign the engagement contract.
3) As an SC, you have the option of taking loans from the HDB or the bank. Consider carefully before making your final decision.
4) If you are an SPR, then you can only take a loan from the bank.
5) Next thing is you have to be aware of how much you could loan based on the MSR assessment.
