I'm divorced without kids, can I use Retirement account to purchase flexi flat for 40years grace period,I'm 58 years old,no money in OA & Special account, please advise

If you wish to purchase a 2-room Flexi Flat on a short lease, you must pay for it fully in cash or CPF after setting aside your Retirement Account.
