I'm currently staying (with my spouse) in a BTO flat of 4years. MOP would be April 2016.

However i have the following requirements which i believe may take some time to get a place before i can arrange to go for house visits (as i do not wish to waste time viewing unsuitable units)

Looking for 3room or 4room HDB resale unit (Going for contra)
1. Main door must face South-East
2. Must be Level 7 & above

Agents who have units that meet this requirement, please kindly pm me (Please provide details on unit)

    I'm looking for 3room or 4room HDB resale unit, preferred estate would be Yishun, Khatib, Sembawang or Ang Mo Kio. Near MRT/supermarkets/makan places would be a bonus
