I'm currently owning a 4-room HDB flats at Hougang area and I intend to sell it away and apply the 3-gen flats. Can you assist me and tell me how do I apply for it.

Evening Chun Lin,

As per what my ex-client have just done today, you can proceed to HDB website to register for the 3-Gen unit. You should only get a respond by mid Nov in reference to the application status. The loan status will also be assessed by then which will then determine your financial ability. All things will have to wait till you have selected the unit, gotten the TOP dates before you can move forward.
