Hi Juayboy79,

You are still not eligible to buy HDB flat under the singles scheme as you have not reach 35 years old. As of the current rules, can only buy resale HDB flat under the singles scheme.

You are only eligible to purchase a resale HDB flat not BTO flat once you turn 35 years old.

When you are about to purchase a resale HDB flat in near future, you can send in application for Housing Loan Eligibility to see how much loan are you able to loan from HDB.
