I'm already a PR for more than 3 years, but my wife just recently got her PR, am i eligible to buy resale flat?

Or both of us need to be PR for more than 3 years? Please advise. Thanks.

Morning Mr. Chen,

I have called HDB this morning and received confirmation that both PR applicants need to be PR for more than 3 years to be eligible for purchase of resale HDB unit.
