I'm about to purchase a private condo in Woodlands but I need to know when do I need to have my downpayment ready for this purchase? This is my 1st property purchase. No HDB and other property. Can please advise?

Hi mr lim,
Good day to u!!!

Agreed with joel ng, but 1% + 4% must be in cash.
15% can be either by cpf or cash
80% of loan is sujected to bank approval.

Anyway, i have a private condo. for sale in woodlands(rosewood condo.)you may call me for more details..
