Im a student and just browsing through the property prices of HDB resale flats. Im preparing myself by keeping track with the market price so in few years down the road i am roughly able to save a certain amount to purchase a resale hdb flat.
I have a few concerns regarding purchasing resale hdb flats:
1. for resale flats am i able to take hdb loan?
2. apart from cov, are there any other fees that i need to pay in cash upon purchasing a resale flat?
3. This question is just some curiosity that i had in mind: Do you think hdb prices will go down when inflation increases in Singapore.
I am looking forward to hear the replies. I am still young, studying and it worries me to see housing prices plunges up drastically. And im not keen to buy bto cos its too small for me and even a 5room bto is not big enough for me. If its possible i would love to hear advices on how should i start to save and pile up my credits to have cash in hand to buy a resale 5room or 4room L shape flat. Matiin
