Hi,

I assume you are talking about resale EC or private condo, as for new ECs, you need to form a family nucleus to apply.

For a 3bedder resale EC or PC, 700K could be quite challenging to find even at the suburban regions. You may wish to consider adjusting your price requirements higher or go for a 2 bedder instead.

Are you looking to move to private and sublet the whole HDB unit out? Thanks and hope to understand your requirements further before further value-adding.
