I'm a PR here and own our condo (Maysprings)
We want to buy a landed property. I see we can apply for permission and also told that some districts or zones are okay for PRs. We have 3 children and want a yard and more space... 4 or 5 bedrooms. We hope to keep our condo and rent it out as the MRT is coming and it should appreciate a lot in 5 years. We could put up as much as $200k now for deposit and $50k to $80k more in 6 months. Can this be done?
