I'm a permanent resident (5years in Singapore), single and has annual income of 60K++. How much percentage of loan do you think I could get from the bank? Do you think its possible for me to get 90%?

hi..the bank indication is now valid for 2 weeks only...and to qualify ..90% will be challenging ..so beware to check with the bank before you buy ...
