I'm a new PR and uneligible to purchase hdb. Require 3 bedroom for my family. What is the cheapest option available? Budget below 700k

Hi Harvey I am sorry to inform with that budget, you could only get a 1 bedroom Executive Condo unit. 1 good investment choice project will be La Casa EC at Woodlands area. This EC has just turned 5 years old, and many sellers are trying to sell their units presently. What's more, you are also eligible to buy as a single or a joint name with your wife. Hi Mr Harvey, its not possible to get a 3 bedroom private property for less than $700k. $700k - $800k is still possible to get a 2 bedroom though.
