I'm a male SC,age above 35.Still single.Now need a shelter over head.POSB saving SGD$ 20,000.CPF ordinary A/c $80,000.No credit card debts.No car installment.No other loans.Healthy monthly saving and with a permanent job and a part time job with a gloss salary add up per month of $2300.Can i easily get a 3rooms resale flat at any location of singapore?Thanks

Morning Adam,

Since you are SC, you can try to apply for HDB loan which will entitle you to the housing grant. Mortgage are mostly computated against full time job though part time income may also be considered.

Based on your income status, I would not say that you can get 3 room flat anywhere in Singapore as units in Holland Village, Bukit Ho Swee and Chinatown area might be out of your reach.
