Based on your criteria of not more $480k and no older than 20 years old, I can only think of the cluster at Jalan Damai and Jalan Tenaga that can match your expectation.

However, do note that most the 4 room there are common corridor and the corner unit are 5 room. Therefore, you may want fine tune your expectation by a little bit so that you can find a property that match your expectation.

Lastly, as what the rest of my colleagues have mentioned. It is not possible for agent to view the property without the buyer. Therefore, you may want to fine tune your expectation for me as well. However, what an agent can do is to give you their opinion of the house after you view, and do the necessary follow up.
