I'm a divorcee with a kid and sole owner of a HDB 5-room flat. My girlfriend age 36 (also a divorcee but without kid) is planning to buy a resale 4-room flat under her name only.
The plan is after she buy her flat when she is still under divorced status, she decided to rent out the rooms.
We plan to get married after she bought the flat and she will stay with me in my 5-room flat but she will continue to own the 4-room flat.
Can this be worked out where we will each own a HDB flat?
