I'm a 44-year-old divorcee, sold my previous bto flat in 2019, Just recently started to work full-time, and planning to buy a resale flat.
Cpf - 110K
Cash $40K
Monthly Pay - 3.5K
I would like to check if it is possible to buy a resale flat, looking at 3 room flat. Preferably with a tenure left of 60- 70 years left.
Have applied for HFE and still waiting for letter.

Basing on your finances, it could be quite tricky to get a 3 room flat of your choice, perhaps those units that are developed in the early 1980s in the northern part of Singapore, you may still have some chance, as your estimated loan size is about $175k, thus adding your existing funds on hand, your estimated purchasing price range will likely be in the low $300k range.
