I'm a 40 Yr PR with annual salary 55k & 15k cash. So, I couldn't purchase HDB under single citizen scheme. In that case, what price range of 1 bed room condol / studio should I look for? Also, should I approach the bank for info before even start looking for condol?

Hi Mr Siu

Yes, I would suggest that you consult a banker and do up a loan application first, so that you know roughly the price of the condo that you should be looking at? 1 bedroom / Studio is generally around 600k and onwards.
