Hi,
1) As a single Singapore Citizen above 35 yrs old, you have the option of applying for BTO or resale.
2) BTO: 2-rm (99yrs lease) in non-mature estate. You may find the upcoming and available here:
https://homes.hdb.gov.sg/home/finding-a-flat
3) You may do your BTO booking here with a fee of $10 for each application:
https://homes.hdb.gov.sg/home/landing
4) Resale HDB flat: You are eligible to buy all flat types; 3/4/5/EA/EM. The only one you are not eligible for is the conversion type (merging of two 3-rm flats types).
5) The Single grants available for 4-rm and below is $25k, and $20k for 5-rm. EA & EM is not entitled to any grants.
6) The income ceiling that is eligible for grants is at or lower than $7,000.
7) Proximity grant is $10k if it is within a 4km radius from your parents' residence, $15k if staying with your parents.
