Im 41 years old. Divorcee with no kids. Sold off my matrimonial 5 room resale flat about 7 to 8 years ago. Has CPF $150K n only $30K cash savings. Salary of about $2K. Please advise me what I can buy coz even the 3room resale flats r too expensive. N can I qualify for the 2room BTO flats? Thank you.

Evening,

With your given condition, you will be eligible for 2 room flat BTO unit if you are SC. But if your credit record is good, you might also be eligible for resale 2 room flat.
