I'm 39yrs old and earns a monthly of 4k.My CPF has only 50k and cash around 80k. My recent HLE is 260k. Based on the figures, what is the maximum range i could get for a 3rm resale flat? Max. 350k?

Afternoon,

If you are SC, single, first time buyer for Resale HDB unit, you will be entired to $15k grant as your income does not exceed $5k. Hence you should be eligible for max of $398k worth of purchase, after deducting the legal and stamp fee.
