I'm 32 and Singaporean. My Mother is a Malaysian with long term social visit pass and she divorced with my father. My mother and I do not have any properties under our name. we are occupiers under my sister's HDB.
Can I buy BTO with my mother? can I buy resale HDB with my mother?

Good afternoon Nick,

You are eligible to purchase a resale HDB with your mom under non citizen spouse scheme.

Your mom needs to be at least a SPR in order for you to apply for a BTO.

As you are SC, you can purchase resale HDB unit under non-citizen family scheme where you are the owner and your mother will be the essential occupier.
