Good morning buyer,

PES means private enclosed area. Many refers ground floor units with PES as patio.

There are still patio units for sale in EC projects but I don't think there are any that have direct access to the pool from the unit itself.

May I know which are the developments you are looking at? So I can check whether is there any patio units left.
