I'll brought a studio unit at The Minton for $637k last year 2010 Aug.

From my understanding, there are no more studio units for sale from the developer. I have also paid up 25% of the purchase price but the 75% of my loan have not yet started.

Can anyone roughly tell me how much can i sell my unit on the market and is it easily to sell now?

I would prefer some answers rather than the usual "please call me" kinda answers.

Looking forward to some answers and i would choose who is the best so that i will contact and let him to market my unit for me.
