if the tenant disallow viewing, and going to court is a messy affair. What can a landlord do?

Afternoon John,

Look into your TA and get your salesperson to assist you on the particular situation. Under normal situation, there would be a clause within the TA that allow landlord to bring prospective tenants to view, if your current tenants have no interest or intention to extend the TA.
