If the Option to Purchase is signed by seller (Not the purchaser) and but the purchaser only receives a scanned copy.

Can the OTP still be cancelled by the vendor?

Hi Gareth, I don't understand your question because in the first place, the purchaser should be getting the original copy of the OTP once the seller signed. And nope, the vendor cannot cancelled the purchase as long as the purchaser has exercised the OTP within the time frame of 14 days,

Morning Garath,

Seller would only issue OTP to prospective buyers if there is a valid offer or Letter of Offer. Hence you will need to know the entire situation better before concluding.
