if my tenant wants to renew the TA when it expires, do the tenant and myself need to pay the agent the sales commissions? I heard that there are Agents who do not collect sales commissions for the auto renewal of TA because there is no service rendered by the agent to tenant and landlord . But some agents who will insist that commisions are payable though tenant is auto renewed by the mutual agreement between tanant and landlord. What is the practise for auto renewal of TA?
