If my tenancy agreement stipulates that I need to take up a contractor recommended by landlord for aircon servicing, and the contractor is quoting service at 30% above market rate, can I push back?

Since you have signed on the Tenancy Agreement, you are unable to rescind this agreement but you may wish to communicate with the landlord to see if the landlord is willing to reconsider this aspect or willing to subsidise some amount for this.
