Good morning buyers,
Just to take note as SPR household, to be eligible to purchase resale HDB both of you need to be SPR for at least 3 years respectively.
Have you guys fulfill 3 years?
If you purchase a resale HDB, you have to dispose off interest in your malaysian property within 6 months from purchase completion date. Usually my buyers will transfer to their family members.
Lastly usually mortgage taken from overseas banks will not affect your mortgage application in Singapore so not to worry, probably can speak to my bankers on this.
