Hi,
1) A trustee is a person or firm that holds and administers property or assets for the benefit of a third party.
2) His name should be able to remove if there is more than one. If he is the only one, they will have to appoint another to replace him.
3) If he is the only trustee of the trust and no one can replace him, then you will have to seek legal advice on how to dissolve the trust.
4) EC under trust should not have a loan because assets under the trust will not be able to get any loan. All assets in the trust must be paid in cash.
5) Any SC or eligible SPR who are eligible under the schemes listed by the HDB is able to buy an HDB flat.
