If my HDB MOP 2026, can I apply for this property or only after my MOP?

Good morning Izz,
I am afraid to inform you that you can only apply for new EC or BTO on or after MOP. On top of that your MOP date is still quite some time away, not sure whether HDB will accept your appeals if any.
