Contractual terms cannot be changed unilaterally unless clause within the contract allows it to be done so. Similarly, when you have an additional member to the family where it was not included in the original contract, the Landlord should be updated and agreeable with the addition too.
It takes both hands to clap in all situation therefore do work out these concerns together with your landlord.
