Hi Gacha Paris,

You will need to fulfill the criteria to purchase a HDB resale flat (married couple and etc. check out https://www.hdb.gov.sg/business/estate-agents-and-salespersons/buying-a-resale-flat/eligibility). If you fulfill the criteria, you can purchase a resale HDB without bank loan. You are to do a full settlement of the transaction with your available funds prior to the completion of purchase.
