This is quite straightforward, and you are right, only 1 salesperson need to be involved in this transaction. Technically, since you are only looking at selling your existing maisonette in the market and purchasing directly from your dad, we can consider this as only 1 commercial transaction, unless you require the salesperson to negotiate for a good price to purchase from your dad :)
