That would depend on whether you are SC or PR. If you are PR, once you sell away your second property, you would have to purchase one with a SC spouse and request for 'wavier'. But if you are SC, you are only liable for ABSD on the purchase of 3rd property.

I am assuming you are a local. After the completion of the sale of one of your properties, you are able to proceed buying another unit without incurring the ABSD.

Depending whether are u singaporean or PR, if singaporean , u can immediately buy another property without paying additional buyer stamp duty , aftet selling your 2nd property,
If PR , ADDITIONAL buyer stamp duty 3% is payable for 2nd properties AND onwards.
