If i sell my private property now, can i purchase an EC immediately?

Afternoon,
After your sales of your private property, you are only allowed to purchase resale EC immediately. As for new EC, you will have to wait for 30 months later before you can submit your application.

You are absolutely eligible to purchase a resale EC but not a new EC. If new EC, you have to wait for 30 months before applying for it.
